Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create an account?

Download Greenhive and sign up using your phone number. You'll receive an SMS with a one-time verification code.

How do I make a call?

Find an expert from the home screen, open their profile, and tap the audio or video call button.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. All your data including messages, call history, and profile information will be permanently deleted.

I'm not receiving call notifications

• Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings for Greenhive
• On iOS, ensure Allow Notifications is turned on
• Check that you have a stable internet connection

The app is crashing or not working properly

• Make sure you're running the latest version of Greenhive
• Try closing and reopening the app
• Restart your device
• If the issue persists, contact us at gogreenhive.privacy@gmail.com with a description of the problem
